Have been using Gareth for over 2 years for all my grooming cutting equipment, he’s super friendly, nothing is too much trouble for him (even when I give him extras to do which don’t involve sharpening 🙈🙈) he is very knowledgeable when it comes to clippers, scissors etc. 100% trustworthy, I regularly give him extra tools and if they don’t need sharpening he will come back and tell you, not all would do that for sure!!! I had some seriously damaged scissors, plus a load of chunkers/ blenders that just were not working properly, and Dragon Elite were like magicians! How on earth he managed to fix a scissors that should have been in the bin I don’t know. They all cut beautifully, I dare say better than new! This isn’t the first time I’ve used Dragon Elite and every time I’ve been very pleased, but this time they can add “working miracles” to his repertoire! Both of us at the salon trust Gareth completed with our tools, he’s honest, professional and very skilled!
