Getting your tools sharpened couldn’t be easier.
Securely package your scissors, clipper blades, knives or other suitable sharpening items and send them to us. We’ll take care of the rest.
PACK YOUR TOOLS SECURELY
Carefully package your tools so they are protected during transit. Scissors and blades should be wrapped or otherwise secured to prevent damage to the tools, packaging or anyone handling the parcel.
SEND YOUR TOOLS TO US
Send your securely packaged tools to our workshop using a tracked postal service.
We recommend keeping your tracking details until your tools have been safely returned to you.
WE RECEIVE & SHARPEN
Once your tools arrive, we’ll carefully inspect & test them before sharpening. Each item is professionally sharpened, checked and tested before being carefully packaged them for return.
WE POST THEM BACK TO YOU
Your sharpened tools will be carefully packaged and posted back to you within 24–48 hours of being received.

WHERE TO SEND YOUR TOOLS
Here are the details for using our postal sharpening service.
Please package your items securely for transport and include your name, return address and contact telephone number inside the package.
POSTING YOUR TOOLS TO US
We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending valuable sharpening equipment.

Includes £75 compensation cover.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
Includes compensation cover of up to £750 for loss or damage, with the option to purchase additional cover up to £2,500 if required.
OUR TURNAROUND
When using either of the above services, our sharpening turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time your items are received by us.
Please note that this is our sharpening and processing time and does not include the time taken by the postal service to deliver your tools to us or return them to you.
USING YOUR OWN PREFERRED POSTAGE METHOD
If you prefer to use a cheaper postal service, you are welcome to enclose a pre-paid return label using the postal service of your choice.
Please be aware that using a service with a longer delivery time, or a service without appropriate tracking or compensation, may affect the overall turnaround time and is at your own risk.
